Still waiting for an invoice that was promised to us back in August 2020. Admin staff were unnecessarily dramatic & aggravated towards request for full invoice rather than helping to solve the issue as well as name dropping from their workers when asking for an invoice which had not been provided for services. Fence was good quality as a final result however unprofessional customer service & unneeded drama dealing with this company with what should have been simple task & buisness procedure. As well as that the final price was higher that the original quote about 700...

Our franchise business has used Pooraka Fencing on numerous occasions now. Not only for new security tubeler, but also chainwire and gate repairs. Alway been billed a fair price. Quality work. Another successful S.A business. Thanks guys.
Would suggest not using PFS from my personal experience, 2 months after paying deposit and countless follow ups all I ended up with was excuses and no fence and now have to go elsewhere to restart the process. Perhaps I took their standard response of "Leave it with me" too literally.
