The manager cannot and doesn't know how to manage AT ALL. He has been rude and mean the entire time. We have organised a party there and he has not been helpful at all!

Booked the seasons 5 indulgence package for my partner and I last weekend Was not indulged or relaxed at all Massage was average therapist's seemed not interested in doing it to a professional standard Scalp massage was more of a hair pull Definitely not worth the 600 we payed Also I wouldn't class it as a day spa Its more of a salon with a massage room
Best in the West!!! Excellent venue for Functions & Wedding in West. Excellent Decor & Ballroom, Great Staff who is ready to accomodate our needs. Ample parking and spacious venue with Spa, Accommodation, Restaurant all complimenting each other. Well done Seasons5
