I am writing as an employer representative. Plum have returned an employee's contributions for last month after accepting them for 2 years with no changes made at our end. Plum had difficulty finding their own member even though I have given them all the relevant details. Then they claimed they had not received the contributions and blamed the Superstream provider for returning the money - which was blatantly false. It's now 7 business days since I first contacted them and they still cannot tell me why they rejected the payment. These incompetent numpties could not find their own rear ends with the light on and a map. I'm glad my money is not invested with them.

As a financial advisor, the level of service from Plum Super has without doubt been the worst I have experienced from any superfund. We have waited almost three months to increase the risk benefits on a client superannuation with no response from Plum Super after numerous emails and phone calls. Would not recommend this company to anybody to invest their super in. Returns in general have been favourable because of share markets not because of the astuteness of the superfund investment teams.. Someimes you get what you pay for so when you look for the lowest fee, expect the lowest level of service.

I called about my annual statement and they couldn’t actually explain to me the extra 350 worth of so called “non fees.” The fund made me 0 in a financial year, cost me 800 in fees so I recently moved my super to another fund and 680 has just disappeared and they can’t explain that either. White collar criminals. Keep away!!!!

I've been very impressed by the growth of my super fund with Plum, despite me contributing very little.
