DO NOT BUY A NEW TRUCK FROM THESE GUYS .Where do i start ....I have been in the transport game for over 15 yrs now and have never come across such a large organisation that give such poor customer service .I bought a brand new Mack from them and it's not that the Mack or Volvo are a bad trucks, its the people at Mack in the service & sales department, they never want to put themselves out to help you or make you feel like a valued customer, when my truck is still under warranty leaving me with my truck off the road and no income. I am still waiting for a service report that was not able to be given to me on the day for what ever reason and was told it would be sent out next day, two weeks later still haven't seen anything it. I also asked to speak to senior management about all my problems, which was told I would get a phone call back in 10 mins that was two weeks ago as well.By the looks of it unless you own or buy more than 20 trucks off them they make you feel like you are not important. In today's market I cant understand how they can operate with such appalling service. This is not the first time I have had issues with this company, and certainly cannot recommend them.

Great service, super clean workshop and sales area. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Friendly staff, and a good drivers room upstairs with showers and beds.
Don’t Trust them poor service big robbers try to replaced the parts which even don’t need to be replaced.
