We were very happy with our GEM Energy Australia experience from start to finish. We were impressed with everyone we dealt with from Richard, initially and Sophie, the installation manager, to Jase and his install team. We felt that everyone was friendly but also very professional in getting the job done and our solar panels up with minimal interruption to our property and daily life. Our family were really impressed with the quality of the work but also the polite and efficient way everyone at GEM communicated with us. The team showed a lot of patience and flexibility in achieving the plan that we were happy with.. Thanks Sophie and your team, we will recommend you to anyone who asks. Anthony

Have considered Solar for years, and finally had it installed this week through GEM Energy. So far the whole process has been smooth sailing just need to wait for Alinta to hook up to the grid. Sophie (Residential Project Manager) has been friendly, helpful and easily contactable. Jason (Installer) and his boys did a great job. Much thought was put into positioning the panels for optimal performance but also considering the visual impact that they had on the building. Very happy.
Andrew, the GEM Energy sales consultant, was very open and honest with me about the pros and cons of the components he walked me through, along with the sizing and expected returns on my system. He was very responsive to my subsequent questions, which gave me confidence to press ahead. The installation manager Sophie then took over and kept me informed throughout, with the install scheduled for a few weeks later. The installers arrived on time, were very polite and respectful, and completed their work in good time. I received notification from Energex a day or two later with an appointment for the meter upgrade, which occurred as scheduled. The system has now been live for a couple of weeks, and I'm thrilled with the results! I couldn't have asked for a smoother process from start to finish.
Gem were extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with from quote to installation. The guys that installed the solar system were very professional too. I would highly recommend Gem.

Having purchased a house with solar already installed, the next step was to have a batery installed. Wanting a Tesla Powerwall, GEM Energy were a logical provider of the battery. Each and every step of my dealings with GEM were incredibly good and professional. The sales interaction with Andrew A was professional and informative. The installation scheduling with Sophie M was efficient and warm, and finally the actual installation by Hamish and his team was professional and they delivered an excellent finished product. I am more that satisfied with each part of the GEM Energy operation. Thanks team.
The team at GEM have displayed exceptional customer service. I was kept in the loop by Sophie the Installation Manager every step of the way, her level of attention and care went above and beyond. Every other employee I delt with from Sales, Service & Support, through to Accounts, were also polite and extremely helpful. The installation went ahead without a hitch, with the team putting in an extremely large day due to the difficult pitch of my roof, but again this was completed without an issue. Nothing seems to difficult for the team at GEM, I would highly recommend their service.
Didn't bother shopping around, GEM has excellent reviews and their quote was easy to understand and less than I thought. Thanks!!!
