Not my usual vet, but my dog was staying at my mothers house whilst we went through house Reno’s. Twice he had health issues and so I took him to Pimpama pet vet. I was very happy with the service, care and costs of treatment for my pooch. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending. My mother also takes her dog to them

very poor customer service, ladies need a customer services crash course. Everyone seems to be rushing around and lady at the counter looks like she doesn't want to be there, I hate when someone walk away when I am talking, when they should stop, listen and help. I also emailed them asking for some informations and it's been a week, no response, no acknowledgement whatsoever. Hence my one star review. There is plenty of businesses out there who value and appreciate customer.
I've taken my dog Gizmo Henry ,here twice and love this vet. They are caring, and treat Gizmo with such care & love. Very helpful with information I did not know. Great prices too! They do not over charge like other vet places I've been to.
We have been taking our Big Puppy Marlo here for over 12 months she has had multiple issues and we have always been looked after. Marlo loves all the vets and receptionists and has had surgery done at this clinic where the care was excellent. My partner and I are grateful for such a reliable friendly vet clinic where we can trust that our fur baby will be looked after.
I was referred to Gavin by a friend a few years ago and have been more than happy with the service provided, by far the best vet in the area. The attention given to my three dogs is exceptional, he really does care. He has a great team of knowledgeable vets and vet nurses. A special mention goes to vet nurse Soraya for her welcoming friendly manner.
We have been going to Pimpama Pet Vet for over 6 years now with our 2 dogs and 2 cats. We have ALWAYS had excellent service from the vets and nurses there. You can tell they genuinely care for all the animals they see and make an effort to get to know them individually, and follow up after (major) appointments to check on their wellbeing. Very knowledgeable , highly professional. 5 stars - thank you team!
I was a walk in with my pet in my hands. It unfortunately turned out to be a sad day, but I was so grateful for the help I received. The team is so sympathetic and caring. Thank you Gavin for everything you did
