Excellent Service from Cassandra and the team. Booking in an appointment after hours and fitting my daughter in the very next day. Much appreciated!

I am so glad I found Georgia, Cassandra, and Helping Hands - Hand, Wrist and Arm Clinic I chose Helping Hands because the therapists use Low Level Laser Therapy. During the initial session with Georgia I was introduced to the Flexbeam - a Red Light device that was flexible enough to be used on my wrist, arm, and shoulder. My treatment was complemented with the InterX therapy device which measures the energy levels of the injured spot, then sends electrical stimulation that boosts it to its optimum level. I noticed the difference in the flexibility and range of movement after the first session, from my finger tip to my shoulder. The combined use of innovative therapies such as the FlexBEAM and InterX have accelerated the healing of new and old injuries in a short time frame. I highly recommend Georgia and Cassandra and found them to be amazing, caring, and compassionate therapists who have changed my life for the better. Do yourself a favour and book an appointment today. Your body will thank you.

Cassandra and Georgia are both very informative, kind and caring professional therapists. Both explained everything regarding my problem and their plan to rectify it clearly. Working together, I am truely amazed at the progress I have been able to achieve under their care and guidance. Receptionists are lovely too! Everyone seems to radiate happiness there, which gives the practice a lovely feel from a patient perspective.

Laura at Helping Hands was fantastic. Being a self employed tradesman, Laura quickly tailored a treatment plan around me still having to work. The knowledge and expertise of the staff had me fully recovered and back to 100% quicker than I could of imagined.

Thanks for the fantastic advice about my daughters broken arm. I really appreciated the time you took to give me some your thoughts on the best and most efficient way to get it treated - it saved me so much time and money and gave me peace of mind! I have already recommended you to my friends and family, and told them about all the different types of services you can help with!

The team at Helping Hands were so helpful in booking me in ASAP as my injury was quite painful. I felt very comfortable in their capable hands (Letitia) and the care she gave me was very personalized. The follow up next day was professional & I look forward to coming back for my next appointment.

Helping hands is a professional state of the art hand therapy clinic that quickly sets to work on lower limb recovery after trauma. Every time I use their services on my overworked hands I’m pleasantly satisfied with the quick results and informed knowledge from the team of the certain conditions that arise from the demands my work puts on my hands and arms.
