Wonderful. I bought online 2 microfiber cushions inserts. They didin't have them in store, When I came to pick up them,store staff upgraded to feathers one without additional cost and even gave me 15 voucher! Amazing shop ! Thank you.

Fist time sevice was not good. I went in to buy pillow slips and stood around for 10 minutes. There were other customers in the store who were being seved while one lady was aranging linen on a bed at the front door, she was stil there when I walked out. I then walked out and went down to Spotlight.

Very kind and helpful employees. We wanted to buy a quilt, quilt covers, and sheets for Germany and we struggled regarding the size of the mattress. The two ladies found some sheets and gave us a lot of tips... and it fits. We got many questions but the ladies were kind and professional all the time. When we will travel to Australia next time, we will come back. Thanks for the great service and kind regards from Berlin
