I am not happy with totally Mobile my husband past away and he bought a scooter from them when I went back to them because it wasn't running properly they said the only thing that they could do for me was to sell me a new battery charger and it was going to cost 190 they didn't even try to work out a cheeper way to help me so I went to another place in Harvey bay and bought one for 145

The day we took delivery of Mum's brand new Scooter was the day that Mum went into hospital, never destined to enjoy using the scooter, even to sit on it. Unfortunately we lost Mum shortly after. We contacted Totally Mobile & explained the situation & asked if they wanted to sell it on our behalf. We were extremely grateful that not only would Totally Mobile come & pick it up, but they offered a full refund, even though they were not obliged to do so. Now that is what you call true service, unheard of in this cost cutting day. This is WHY you support the local supplier that supports you. You might buy something a little cheaper on Gumtree as a previous poster mentioned, however the after sales service and advice you would receive from Totally Mobile far outweighs the difference in price. Do yourself a favour and support your local Scooter supplier, not some multinational or international company that would never support you. Small business owners try & work harder than the bigger companies but they may have to charge slightly more. They also spend in your local community. Think about that next time you are umming & ahing. This little gesture shown to us by Totally Mobile far outweighs any negative reviews based on price. Thank you again Totally Mobile, you made our difficult and trying time that little easier.
