I purchased a ring from Solitaire Jewellers. The team were very pleasant to work with, even though I changed my mind quite a few times. They could not have been more helpful

ER took 2 months longer than expected to arrive. Rang up multiple times asking for updates and only once called back with the answer “we cannot give you an estimate of when it will be ready”.

Great selection of rings. However, poor service. Store failed to let me know that my ring had arrived. I had to call up myself to find that it's been sitting in their safe for a whole month. They also said the ring was scratch proof. Not the case.

After being receiving a 'Diamond White Gold Bracelet' for Christmas from the Woden store, I noticed in place of where there should be diamonds in places there was not. I went into the store and advised them and then came back two days later on the 31st of December with the item in the original box and all paperwork provided (receipt and certificate of purchase) I was advised I could chose something else from the store or the sales person could contact Olga the business owner to arrange a full refund. I agreed to a full refund. I provided all banking details as Olga had to inspect the product to confirm it was not indeed what it was sold as and either their description was wrong or it was a manufacturing issue. Turns out it was a manufacturing issue. I was was advised a refund would be processed on 3 January. I waited and waited, no money hit my bank so went BACK to the store on 7 January to be told that they weren't sure whether I wanted a refund or exchange for another item, despite the fact this was agreed upon over a week earlier. The sales person phoned Olga AGAIN to ask her to refund the money, was told it would be done within 30 mins and I would receive an email confirmation. I waited...1 hour later still nothing so popped my head back in and spoke to, Ivanka the sales lady who was working at the time. She told me she was to busy to bother calling her and I should just deal with it and wait....Are you kidding me? After a conversation going in circles for more than 5 mins another sales person offered to phone the business owner who confirmed she would FINALLY transfer the money through..... What an awful experience, Ivanka in my opinion should not be working in a customer service role or have some serious coaching. And as for Olga the business owner to hold on to someones money with NO communication or apparent intent to return until you had to be phoned multiple times is absolutely not good enough!
