The instructor was nice and allowed questions. The course was quite expensive for what was offered. It did deliver quick service, however I found it too quick and didn't allow much time to go over the topics thoroughly. I have been to other first aid courses which have included in the package a first aid handbook, bandages a sling and face mask. They even sent out a professionally presented certificate. Here it was a very no frills delivery and if we wanted a certificate printed it would have cost 5.

Well priced, poor teacher. You get what you pay for. The teacher I had wasn’t very good at talking and Henry’s communication skills were lacking and he didn’t listen well even though he suggest to the class he would. He didn’t seem in sync with the paper work and then claimed not to write on his paper work (q&a) cause it cost 5 to replace!!? Please confirm smartlink before I add more to the review.
Trainer was excellent and very helpful. Was happy to take time and slowly explain difficult concepts. Overall would recommere!
My tainer was Henry , he was very interesting and kept the class going with great energy and enthusiasm. He was very comfortable to deal with and helped me with all the doubts. Will definitely come for my re assessment.
Henry was a great instructor! He kept the class interesting all while still teaching us exactly what we needed to know! Great informative course and I would recommend smartlink training to everyone!
I enrolled in this course and due to circumstances beyond my control I had to cancel. That's when all my problems began trying to get my money back. My phone calls were ignored, they deliberately ignored my messages and the manager was conveniently never there when I rang. By this time I was fuming especially when they started patronising me. In the end I had to beg for them to refund my 100. The only decent person there was the very nice young man who assisted me with the refund process.
Was a great course! Henry was very friendly and thorough with his explanations on CPR and how to handle our application information.
