Poor service department, had my partners RS serviced a while ago, over priced and got car back dirty. Shame the closed the Belconnen shop, that was great, close to home and nice people to deal with. Manager at Phillip is arrogant and not helpful.Same for the sales woman Michelle , asked her for details about the new RS, told us that this is not coming to OZ, we should buy the yellow second hand one . Not buying another Renault from Rolfe EVER!

Went to look at new Renault Vans, showroom was very busy, but elderly gent approached me and showed me the various Trafic Vans available. Great understanding of my requirements and went out of his way to assist me.He then introduced me to a female sales person who looked like a hippie, she was not very helpful, all she wanted to talk about was her family and husband issues.Did not offer a test drive or valuation on my old VW van, have decided now to keep my van longer and will have another look at Renault in the New Year.

Very disinterested... I was genuinely looking to buy and he gave me a brochure and sent me on my way. Said he worked next door and was only there due to being short staffed... gave me the managers card and told me to call him... looking to buy the same car from Renault in Melbourne now... useless. This is typical of Canberra where the cars seem to sell themselves... they don't care if they are cheaper interstate... Very annoying.

My little clio had a leak, once the boys received permission to fix it from Renault communication was constant and informative. To top it off they brought it back to my workplace. Thanks Josh and Phil. good guys

The Rolfe Renault service Centre is by far the worst I have encountered. They spent 30 un-billable hours taking apart my car to locate an issue. Eventually they had a donor car brought in to test parts and it came down to being the gearbox . Being 10,000 for a new gearbox I tried to claim this under warranty as the car only has 30,000kms on the clock and was recently out of warranty...the claim was denied. I then had a gearbox specialist look at the car and laugh at me when I told him of the issue, he said "this isn't a gearbox issue, who on earth told you this"...good one Renault. So after 8 visits to Renault and advising them that it wasn't a gearbox issue they wiped their hands clean and called the vibrating noise I had experienced "reverberation" or a "characteristic of the vehicle". Not happy with this I decided to go out on a limb and replace the part I told them was causing the issue, A WHEEL BEARING. Yep, the wheel bearing was the cause of the issue all along. These guys are a joke, they also blamed a faulty lower ball joint on the gearbox as well. My guess is that these guys know only how to change oil and maybe a filter if the supervisor is around...If they cant fix something they just blame it on a 10,000 part and waste 3,000 of their own time. Touche Renault.

Poor quality work at an absurd price. Have just moved to Canberra, I had my Koleos serviced here a couple of weeks ago, this really is a place to avoid - 1,775 for a major service, yep, just on one thousand eight hundred dollars! This included items picked up in the 'comprehensive' safety check. The 'comprehensive' safety check that didn't even pick up the blown brake and parking lights (which I'll admit I forgot to tell them about, though they did assure me lights were part of the check). When I took the car back the next day to have these rectified, the mechanic punched the car (no, i'm not kidding! The workshop is visible from the front desk) I have taken a close look over the invoice, there was little actual work done, but the cost of parts is eye wateringly expensive. Was also told they'd fixed a faulty window free of charge as a favour due to the high cost. The car's still under warranty so of course there should be no charge and yep, you guessed it, the window is still faulty. Car was also filthy when I collected it. I have contacted them to discuss the work done/invoice, they are not responding. I got taken for a ride. Don't make my mistake, go elsewhere. I'll be going back to the Melbourne dealer for the next service.

Chris was fantastic and really took the time to show us everything on the car.
