I have been a long term customer for MHW. The reasons being, their customer service and knowledge of product is second to none. Faz is such a friendly but very professional manager, her team are always friendly and ready to assist customers. Their product range is extensive, from necklaces/pendants, earrings, dress watches and their rings. MHW have rings for all occasions, whether it be an every day ring you're after or one of their many different engagement and wedding rings. If you are after a care plan for your new ring, MHW do offer a care plan package to save all the tears from lost diamonds.

Do not buy an engagement ring from this jeweller! I’ve been wearing my engagement ring for 5 months and I have now had 3 diamonds fall out. After the first time I got it repaired, the same diamond fell out within 5 days. Now 3 months later, a different diamond has fallen out. Luckily my fiancé purchased a lifetime warranty and we are now being given a completely new ring, however it means we lose all of the sentimental value attached to the ring my fiancé proposed with. Honestly devastated about this whole situation. Very disappointing, given Michael Hill has been around for years and is supposed to have a good reputation. Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else.

Faezeh, store manager of Michael Hill Woden Plaza was wonderful. I had lost a beautiful ring that had been given on my 50th by a special person in my life. I remembered the date the ring had been purchased and the store it had been purchased from. With this information, Faezeh very smartly located the record of the purchase to identify the product identifier number for the same ring, and the store that still had the same ring in stock. Faezeh located the ring in a store in Melbourne, and quietly communicated with the Melbourne store to ensure they did indeed have the ring before confirming with me. A week later I was able to pick up the ring from the store... it was the last of the same ring held in Michael Hill stores. I was very happy and emotional ... and so appreciative of Faezeh's kindness, alertness and skilfullness in helping me find the ring that brought back to me the memory of the lovely surprise I had on my 50th birthday and a faithful replica of the object that I treasured so much. Thank you very much Faezeh. You are very lovely.
