This store and those within it posses the worst customer service abilities we have ever experienced. They were dishonest, lousy, irresponsible and plain rude. They demonstrated an extremely high degree of disorganisation and strung me along for months on end regarding replacing my faulty boots. They pretended to lose my paperwork. These people and this store is a joke. Thankfully, I got what I was needing but I promise you that if you shop here, you will be disappointed. I will NEVER step foot in this place again. The products are also flimsy
