What a caring and knowledgeable surgeon. I've only heared great things about Gawel prior to my operation and was not dissapointed. Gawel provided us with plenty of advice and explained all the different options so we could make an informed decision. Once we decided to go ahead with the operation Dr. Kulisiewicz's assistant Karen made sure that we were across all the administrative matters and payments as well as all the arrangements for the hospital stay. Dr Kulisiewicz has impeccable bedside manners and has made sure I was feeling ok both prior to the operation and afterwards. Although knee arthroscopy - meniscal repair is a fairly common and quick procedure for surgeons I felt that all my concerns and questions were taken seriously.

I had torn a few ligaments in my ankle after a fall while bouldering in 2018 and Dr Gawel repaired them. I had good advice before and after surgery. Now back to full activities which include weights, running, and skiing. Couldn't be happier.
