I'm going away on a trip and at very late notice i rang the guy's at bmw to see if any chance of an oil change thinking it was to late notice for a full service, in my opinion they went above and beyond , serviced my bike,updated my software, set my brakes into a proper position all ready for my trip, and all at a fantastic price , Cheers guy's

First BMW motorcycle purchase. Great experience. Sales team always had time to answer questions, address issues and provide advice. Allowed multiple test rides and time to make a purchase decision. Very timely in following up and keeping me informed about the sale. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be a returning customer to upgrade my wife's bike.

Needed an indicator replaced, I phoned up a day ahead to see if they had any in stock, and with luck they did, they told me to bring the bike in first thing in the morning. Quick easy service, smooth process throughout and all friendly staff.

Good experience at Rolfe Classic, particularly Michael and Liam who answered all my concerns about my recent purchase. Happy with the deal I got and buying off the floor also got me a good price. The only downside was accessories I ordered were not in stock in Australia and are now on the slow boat from Germany and are expected to arrive some time in August. That is not a fault of the sales team though. Loving the new R1250R and hope to put many kilometres on this awesome machine.
