Regular customer here. Always had a satisfying shopping experience with great range of products and friendly service. Competitive pricing. You can pick up some really decent discounts here at the moment (review date 7-7-2017).

They have a brilliant range of workwear and campimg and travelling gear frim frills (allbeit flouro) to no frills. Warmth of service ranges from cool friendly to somewhat chilly.

The place is fine but I thought they'd have axes and some more affordable sharpening gear. The sharpening stones were expensive or average. The camping gear and tents were good though I didn't want any at the time.

Well, I didn't even make into the store, the phone call was bad enough and I imagine the store to be no better if this is the attitude that new customers are greeted with. Not only was I told that I am not the boot size that I actually am, but I was promptly hung up on after the pig-headed old man told me that they didn't have my size. Reading other reviews here confirms that I am not the only one. Thankfully there are other stockists in Perth of the boots I am looking for. What an appalling experience, you certainly don't live up to your so called "customer comes first" philosophy as stated on one of your websites!

Had a good experience here buying work boots for WWOOFing. Staff member was incredibly helpful and even showed us the best deals in the whole store for thick, comfy socks to go with our boots. Had a sense of humour and was very friendly. Would shop here again if needed. They seem to have everything!

Hopeless service, the owner is incredibly rude and patronising, getting help or information from the other guys is like getting blood from a stone. The lady who works out the back is reasonably nice, however from my experience her product knowledge is pretty limited. I make a point of avoiding it now, despite it being a very convenient spot.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WONDER WHY PEOPLE STILL GO THERE WHILE OTHER SHOPS LIKE THEM AROUND AND OFFER BETTER SERVICE. I BOUGHT A SHOE THAT COST 250 THEY RECOMMENDED FOR MY LINE OF WORK (SECURITY) WITH 6 MONTHS WARRANTY,AFTER 3 MONTHS IT FELL APART. WHEN I RANG THEM I WAS TOLD ALL SORTS OF EXCUSES AND HANG UP ON ME....BEWARE AS I WAS NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER THEY TREATED THIS WAY... I HAVE FORWARDED MY COMPLAIN TO CONSUMER AFFAIR.
