A short walk to the CBD. About 400 metres. Lots of great restaurants along William St. There's a Supa-IGA just up Newcastle St about 300m. The bed is awesome. I could live here. Really comfy. The washer and dryer in the room are fast and free. There is an iron and ironing board. The underground parking was easy and convenient. The room is spacious. Some nights I left the balcony (there's a sheltered balconey with table and chairs) door open and went to sleep likening to the street noise. The TV has all the usual channels: (ABC, SBS, 7, 9, TVSN, Spree TV) and their variations. The wifi my first stay a few weeks ago was good. But on my second stay they changed it to something else: "Baidu". The login is in Chinese only. It kept disconnecting every 2-3 minutes. I gave up and used my mobile hotspot instead. As it stands now, your won't be staying here because of the few wifi. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need to cook a modest meal. The fridge has a proper freezer. There is a twin gas hob. Make sure to pull the fan "drawer" out above the hob so you don't trigger the fire alarm. It also turns on a light. I've stayed here twice in a month for several days each time. It's pretty good overall.

Great value accommodation. Service great and central to heaps of restaurants. 5 mins walk to Perth city or catch free CAT bus.
