Cruise cafe! What a disappointment our holiday was, you promised so much delivered so little. Whenever I contacted you for anything l was so misinformed. You never mentioned the transfers we were entitled to, l had to find that out from a fellow traveller. So we paid our own way from the airport to the hotel onto the port back to the airport at the end of our cruise. You told me we had to arrange our own visa's before leaving Australia for Cambodia we could have obtained them on board for a lot less than we paid here and we didn't end up going there, so we were out of pocket. Costa cruises is not worth looking as they only cater to the Europeans and so arrogant with everything, we were told when we complained to Natalie Smart(only English speaking person in hospitality area) if we were not happy we could leave the ship, very professional. Next trip will definitely be booked through clean cruising they look after people in a professional way and always follow up to see if everything went well and we were happy with all aspects of the trip. So beware travellers this company and Costa only want your money and care very little about you as a person. Our holiday was from 15th February to 3rd March 2020 so very recent.

Very poor experience. I sent them an email regarding hotel accomodation in maldives prior to joining a cruise. Not only did their reply take 4 weeks but it was a generic email. I am not being taken seriously. How can they advertise a 4 star hotel which ends up being barely 1.5 stars. The reply was pathetic. I do not recommend the cruise cafe.

Are there any cruises from Fremantle to Asia or the Pacific that cater for single people??
