mum and I were serviced by Kuei Wei and it was a lovely experience. she was patient and suggested ideas until we got exactly what we wanted. she had to keep going back to the vault but her attitude was very positive. even tho my ring had a slight mistake in the design during collection, they quickly fixed it after a day and apologised for it. overall really happy with their service!

Absolutely amazing service from Jane here at Soild Gold Diamonds! Came in the other day with my partner to choose an engagement ring and Jane helped us to pick the perfect diamond. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Jane offered lots of great information about choosing the perfect diamond, although my partner knew alot already, this information was really great for me to understand why a certain diamond may be more expensive than another. We were given lots of different options and didn't feel like we were being rushed into making a decision. Jane was great at offering something in the budget and although we eventually settled on something over my original budget it didn't feel pressured and it was only because my partner feel in love with a particular 'D' coloured diamond, that of course I couldn't say no to. Overall it was an amazing experience and Jane helped us through the whole process with ease, she has such a passion for her job and that is reflected in how good our experience was. Would recommend anyone looking to buy a ring to visit these these guys as their service, prices and standards are excellent.
