Family member has been referred by Midland, due to a serious infection. Waited in the waiting room, temp was not checked. Family member in pain. Would not recommend coming here. Found out specialist told the doctor at Midland to give another prescription and send home. Yet we've been on them for 4 days and infections gone from ears to the bone. What kind of hospital care is that?

I had elective surgery last September and stayed overnight. I could not fault the lovely nurses, volunteers and doctors. The meals I had during my short stay were very nice. As an outpatient, I am still very happy with the care I am receiving.

Recently stayed in the cardiac ward. Could not be more complimentary about the care and attention given to me by the doctors and staff of this unit. Particularly special mention for nurses Donna (Red), who kept all her patients in good spirits, and Inan (I hope I have spelled it correctly) my night nurse who was very caring to everyone in my room.
Went there when I was referred by my doctor for serious mental illness. After waiting three hours doctor told me I can not see any one from mental health as they are to busy and the sent me out after ten minute talk and referee me back to my GP. Absolutely shocking service. During this they smashed one guy trying to leave for a smoke on the ground in front of me and sedated him right there and then. There was a lady next to me absolutely terrified by this she was in tears and was escorted away. Such a poor hospital!
