Due to virus fears the cruise line tossed all passengers off the ship in Australia and sent them to their home countries. We had a lot of luggage and could not fly it to New York City. I was able to find and reach out to PACK&SEND where Ray Wilson set up every part of the shipping process for us. When we were notified to its arrival we found our luggage pallet intact and our luggage in its original condition. Shipping does take some time so we learned to be more patient. I do highly recommend PACK & SEND of east Perth for all of your shipping needs. A top notch business by anyone's standard. PACK & SEND of east Perth deserves your patronage.
