Brad Manager is and always an excellent store manager. He is empathetic and wonderfully patient. His goal is that I am happy and satisfied with my purchases. This is indeed unique. When he realized that I need a narrow bridge size 15 instead of the normal sizes available, he even volunteered to introduce a different shop. Its his genuine sincerity that I insisted on whatever is offered here. Good job.

I found the optometrist to be friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The staff were without exception friendly and helpful. My health insurer covered all costs. The store was happy to reuse my current frames and gave me a free case. I received an sms when my glasses were ready to pickup. An excellent experience.
I got two pairs of glasses here. They are legend ! The shop manger is very helpful and nice. He helped me to choose a good frame and gave me the best suggestion. Mitchel is very friendly and nice. She provided a good service. Strongly recommend.
I found the big guy here with the big beard had very poor customer service skills. Luckily I found a better optical retailer in the city with good service.

Do yourself a favour: avoid going to this store! I went last year and had my Rayban sunglasses made with a single vision prescription and a Tiffany frame with multi focal prescription. They told me I had 30 days to exchange the prescription on my sunnies if I was not happy. They messed up the cut of one lens (was too thick and not well mounted to the frame) and said they would have it remade. I couldn’t return to the store due to the pandemic and when I did, they told me that under the warranty they could do the new lenses for my sunnies with the multi focal prescription. This decision took about 2 hours (between all of them deliberating: Tina, Rachel, Michelle and after calling Brad the manager). After taking measurements and me paying, they now rang me saying it was not possible to do the multi focal prescription on my old sunnies under the warranty. They treated me on a very rude manner (particularly Michelle) over the phone and now my money from the health fund was taken and I will have to wait a couple of days to see if they can reimburse that to my health fund! What a waste of my time! Will never ever go to this store again !
