Their free advice and consumer protection department is very good. Would have given them 5 stars if they were more realistic and had jurisdiction greater than 12 months to enable tenants to submit complains against property managing agents after they gained the necessary good reference from that same agent. Because without references it is very difficult to be able to rent another house.

I was told not to go through department of commerce as they won't be of any help. I emailed them regarding my bond being withheld with Urban Wa real estate and the fact that they have asked me to clean the carpets for the third time. As far as I know the agency can't make their tenants to clean the house or the carpets for the third time, it's part of their policy. It's been a month in a half since I left the property and I am still waiting for my bond and have been rejected by department of commerce to help and did not reply to my second email. Worst experience.
