GXR arrived on time and the young man introduced himself as Josh and without any problems he assessed the issue and proceeded to fix it. Josh was without doubt the most respectful polite and respectful trade person to ever visit my home, and a true refection of the values of this family business, that Gerald runs. This company is someone you want to do business with and i for one are a very happy first time user who from now on will only use this company above all others, thank you for restoring my faith in dealing with trades and services. Very efficient and professional service. He fixed the leak. Gerard even gave me valuable advice regarding the water and hot water that saved me hundreds. Called him a month after about a Water Corp form that will reduce my bill during the leak. He offered to help straightaway. I wish I could give more than 5 star.
