What an absolute Gentleman Gary is!!! Didn't charge me for the diagnosis he made on my very new "Deep Dive" watch from Virginia, was upfront on what costs would be to replace the faulty part and that I should send it back to Virginia. Gary also sent his update via text message rather than phone call which was perfect as I was in a meeting at the time and I got the update but nobody else in the meeting knew!!! Gary, I will be bringing you my other watches when the time comes, you really are the "Perth Horologists Charlie Teo".

Had my Seiko SRP turtle watch modification done with Gary with parts that I purchased online. Gary's workmanship and service was excellent. He also pressure tested the watch after installing the new sapphire crystal to make sure it would stand up to diving pressures. His service charges was also very reasonable. I'm very happy with my watch now.

A REAL watchmaker who does exactly what he promises. Knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. His location in the Carillion Tower is a bit difficult to find, but if you've a watch problem that requires real expertise, I'd suggest Gary is the man!
