Highly recommended. Took my daughters Mac Air to our usual repairer who said it would take two weeks! Rang around lots of places and was told 3 days to a week. Called Fixpress and they said they could have it done the next day, which they did. Very happy

Terrible experience. Dropped laptop off on Saturday to check for water damage. Did not hear back from them ... so I called mid Monday afternoon. "Oh , our tech didn't come in. " is the response I got. Same thing Tuesday afternoon. I had to call them. Same response. They hadn't even looked at it. Traveled all the way back into the city to get it and take it somewhere else. A mumbled "sorry" was what I got. Shambolic way to run a business. I need my laptop for work and they wasted 2 days of my time. They suck.
