I received a voucher for Christmas 2019 and when I contacted them in March 2020 they said the season was almost over and should contact them again in October. Since October I have tried to contact them numerous times via Email, Facebook and phone with no response. I finally contacted Consumer Affairs who also couldn't contact them and said it appeared they had closed down. Basically I've lost the 439 the voucher was worth. If they ever try to trade again stay clear!

I paid for lessons online but no one turned up, nor have I received a response to my sms messages, telephone calls or e-mails. I am trying to pursue the business for a refund. Please do not purchase lessons with this company as it appears to be a scam. Edit: I paid with a Credit card and my bank recently credited the amounts back to my account. I have not received any response from Elemental to date.
Booked a lesson with them. But they have not shown up. I called them and emailed them. But no one replied back. DO NOT book with them.
Elemental Kiteboarding did not turn up to a lesson after booking on-line. Waited at the designated spot outlined within the countless automated emails received. I have phoned, emailed , FB messenger to no avail. Please do not book with them as they're a scam!
These guys did not turn up to a lesson booked on-line and pre-paid and have not responded to any sms, email, FB messenger requests etc. I tracked down the original owners who sold the business last year and are now in NZ. New owners have not responded to anything but taken my money. Other reached out to my FB inquiry with similar experiences. DO NOT PAY THEM
These guys have gone out of business but are still taking money!!! DO NOT book with them. I have lost 250 and no one rocked up despite receiving several automated confirmation emails and texts etc.
Had a two hour refresher lesson after 4 years off the water, Gabby was superb! Gauged my level and advised me really well. Thanks guys!
Had a lot of fun, good equipment and Pier was a very good and friendly instructor. Serious and fun at the same time . Would recommend the Elemental for sure
