Absolutely outstanding customer service. Chris went above and beyond to solve a complex issue. Communication was excellent and for 3 days straight he helped me until the problem was solved. Nothing wrong with the equipment, just the user haha! I'll only shop here from now on. Can not recommend enough.

Fantastic service; bought a great camera from them recently. Not only did they give me a great deal, when I had an issue with it a few weeks later (my fault) they fixed it and rescued all my photos. Thank you Camera Electronic!

The times that I have been here, I have always been treated with top tier customer service! I’m sorry I didn’t get the names of the staff that helped me, really would like to thank them. They have been extremely helpful, kind and understanding! While I was with them, I overheard another staff serving a family looking for a compact camera and I’m certain all of them are very knowledgable with the cameras, equipment and accessories they offer.
