I will use PrixCar again and highly recommended. A very professional company, excellent customer service. I had some communication issues with my delivery when it was closer to the delivery day. But a Team Leader in Melbourne office AnaMarie Moore stepped in and sorted the matter out quickly and very professionally, she went above and beyond the expectations to make my deal with the PrixCar to a very positive one, employees like this is an asset to a company - thanks for the team at PrixCar.
Avoid this company. Be careful if you use toll these guys will end up with your car. My car had immaculate paint work until these guys transported it. Your car will arrive filthy with no way of seeing any damage until you wash your car.
My car arrived a week ahead of schedule and had zero damage, was clean and in the exact same condition as it was dropped off. Great service and friendly staff.
Waited for over an Hour just to pick up car that I phoned more then one's to confirm pickup just to arrive at Perth Prixcar to Have the office lady be extremely RUDE is an understatement. Then they can't find our car and I ask for an update after waiting with a newborn for over an hour in extreme heat to get the response that I should learn the difference between asking for an update and asking about the pickup . Extremely uprofessional. after 2 hours we got our car. Would never recommend them at all . Not with all the drama for a simple pickup SERIOUS!!!!
I read a lot of reviews about most car transport service providers and decided on Prixcar. At the time (Jan 2021), Prixcar had mostly bad reviews but so did most other service providers. I made the decision to go with Prixcar based on them not acting as a broker but shipping it themselves and the professionalism I experienced through a couple phone calls and emails. I got my Audi A6 delivered depot to depot (Perth/Melb) ahead of schedule without any damages to the car. This sort of made me realise the mostly negative reviews for Prixcar may have arised from unhappy customers wanting to vent and that most happy customers don't do reviews, may be. Hope this is of some use to the readers. God luck.
Quick and easy, good service
I have transport my car from Hobart to Perth.Tracked my vehicle showed it will be delivered on 24th December but no sing yet. Had made couple of calls but still they keep saying another few days. It’s been nearly two weeks late and still haven’t got any call or messages when my car will arrive.it’s very unprofessional and I won’t recommend this company to transport your car anywhere. Very disappointed.!!!!
