Visited the DFO about a week ago and went to this store to find some sunglasses for a present for a mate. I was served by Jordan who had great customer service skills and was very accommodating even though he was busy and had many customers to deal with. He was by himself the poor guy and had to deal with many customer requests at one time. Jordan is a fantastic sales assistant who is very friendly and kind, so if you can be served by him I highly recommend you do. He showed me many great varieties of sunglasses at great sale prices. I was looking for polarised options which he showed me a great range of in many different designer brands. I ended buying a pair which my mate absolutely loved. It was a pleasure to come across such a warm, friendly and customer engaging person. Thanks for such a great shopping experience Jordan, your a gem!
Worst service ever! We entered the empty store and were ignored by both staff members, we were the only customers in the store. Not once were we asked if we needed any help. There was practically no conversation while I paid for my glasses, absolutely incredibly disappointed. In this current climate you would expect at least as a bare minimum “hello” ! Major fail

So friendly and helpful! Ethan sorted a replacement part for my broken dragon glasses, helped me get it under warranty super easily including posting to me as I live 8 hours from Perth, and even gave me a little tool so I can fix them myself when I receive the part! Legendary!! Highly recommend

Bought a pair of glasses from this shop and within 2 days, it broke open suddenly without any reason. Examined it closely, it looked like the broken joint had previously been glued together by super glue! What a scam!
