I completed the 4 week residential program in July/August 2019, and the 12 month after care program. I went to NC completely broken and as a last resort to treat my complex mental health issues because the traditional medical model had not only failed in making me better, but had caused even more issues both physically and mentally. I can confidently and literally say it saved my life. The team are all so professional and incredibly supportive. It feels like a family welcoming you in and only having your best interests at heart. Every interaction and session provides healing and resources for you to develop and sustain when you go home. I have recommended NC to family, friends and anyone who is struggling with their issues. When I look into a mirror now I don’t see who I was, I see someone who is alive.

Cant recommend highly enough. My adult child attended for 6 weeks after many attempts to get well and clean on his own. We were desperate and the NC team were amazing. We were kept informed and included along the way and they helped our family as much as they did our child to heal and get well and learn to support each other. Highly recommend.

The NC team are simply phenomenal. I rang around and spoke to a lot of the other providers and before I even attended I was getting the support and help I needed just to get there... which I did really need because I was terrified. That was 7 months ago. I’ve finished my aftercare and still engage with my team when I need to. They literally saved my life.
