I started my girls at UFA Hapkido to build their confidence and teach them self-defence. After seeing how much fun they were having, I decided to join the adults classes. UFA is a great gym for people of all ages, the instructors have a wealth of knowledge to share and have a patient yet strict teaching style. I recommend anyone to give it a go and become part of the great community that has been created at UFA!

THE BEST GYM AROUND. We looked for a good gym for our son for about 1 year. Steve is the best coach for kids. He is very patient and breaks down the moves for the kids so they can pick them up easy. All the staff are very friendly and make you feel like a family not a client. My Sons favourite teacher is Steve and Harmony. Would happily suggest this to anyone wanting to learn self defence for both adults and kids.

Instructors are great with the kids and it’s been very welcoming from the very start.
Very professionally run gym. All of my kids and myself have trained there for the best part of 16 years and still do. Head instructor is fantastic along with the rest of the assistant instructors. Highly recommend.
