First of all - extremely overpriced. Secondly, terrible customer service and the driver made some very inappropriate comments the few times he delivered. Thirdly, the account i had with PFD fell overdue and i discussed paying it with their credit controller. Then a new credit controller Grace got a hold of my account - sent me an email which i replied to within 10 minutes. We spoke through email to sort the issue. 10 HOURS LATER i have one of their sales reps Nicole barge into my business and verbally abuse me in public and in front of the whole team yelling "YOU OWE US MONEY AND YOU'RE IGNORING OUR CALLS AND EMAILS". Would not even let me get a sentence in to say i have spoken with someone. It had not even been 24 hours and i was being abused and bullied! This business is very unethical in their customer service practice - i strongly suggest you go to a different supplier.

PFD have a fantastic sales rep by the name of Vanessa Jackson. She goes above and beyond whenever help is needed. Vanessa thinks outside the box and uses her hospitality experience to help her customers. PFD are lucky to have her :)
Had occasion to buy a sandwich at Caltex Yass, grabbed a New Yorker labelled gourmet selection. Had very low expectations after all servo sanger not really up there. How surprising really good, pickle Mayo mustard cheese and pastrami and excellent bread, had to let you know,really enjoyed it.
