Very disappointed with the way my reservation was handled. Due to current restrictions I requested to postpone my hire for a later date when we do receive a green light and asked to get a credit of 100 which was the deposit I made, but was told they can only offer me 20% of the amount which is 26 and insisted for me to provide my bank details. I didn’t ask for a refund but wanted to use that deposit towards my next reservation, they would’ve made lot of more money if they kept me as a customer. Is this the customer service we deserve? Is this the kind of people we do business with?? We are all in this horrible situation together, shouldn’t we be more understanding and helpful to each other yet we are showing selfishness and arrogance. I’m so disappointed!! By the way I told them to keep my 100, hope that makes them rich and happy....but not rich in their hearts that’s for sure ! *** In addition to the above, thanks Gary for your call and resolving the issue associated with my booking. I admit I was upset with initial response but appreciate you postponing the booking to a later date when the situation permits. We all make errors but making it right in the end is what counts

We had amazing experience with penrith party hire. They organised everything for a backyard wedding it was perfect. Marquee, chairs, tables and slushie machine were all in great quality and it slushie machine was a crowd pleaser. Thanks again
