Melissa from Pack and Send Penrith could not have been more charming and more helpful. Her price was very economical, and more to my surprise, the parcel was in my hands in under 24 hours from Sydney to Tangambalanga North East Victoria. And to note, this was delicate electronic test equipment that was packed superbly and when unpacked, worked straight out of the box. Excellent, friendly and helpful service. First time sending a package to the USA and staff were very helpful, making it trouble free. Package arrived to our family in Seattle in 5 days. Outstanding!! I dropped one star as it was a little pricier than we were expecting, however, in saying this, the delivery happened much faster than we expected.
The lady at Pack & Send was extremely helpful in giving advice about the best way to pack the parcel and the best carrier to use. I did choose to have the parcel signed for on delivery, but the carriers at the other end still left the parcel on the doorstep and texted the recipient. Luckily he was on his way home but this wasn't quite how it should have been. Very happy with the service at Penrith and would use again.

Parcel dropped in Penrith NSW on Wednesday and delivered to Perth WA on Thursday. Staff were helpful courteous and delivered well within expected timeframe. Price was very reasonable and competitive too. I would certainly recommend Pack and Send Penrith and will use again.
This company's service is just exceptional. Contacted several companies to get a package sent by road from Penrith to Bundaberg, only to be met with a lot of "we don't do private deliveries, companies only" or "we don't provide a dangerous goods transport service". Got on to Rochelle at Pack & Send and she could not have been more helpful. Talked me through the whole process thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions. Had my item collected within 2 hours and it was in their Penrith depot by midday on Monday. I received a call Wednesday morning at 8:30am with my mum thanking me for her parcel. Pretty good for being transported as road freight. I am driving up to Bundaberg soon and I won't even get there that fast. Would never think of using a different courier service again.
Couldn't have asked for a better, more professional service. Pack & Send Penrith helped me with an urgent overseas delivery that was sent on the Monday and safely delivered on the Saturday; and a last-minute box to Melbourne today. Highly recommended :-)
