The food, drink and desserts were incredible. Most importantly the service was fantastic. Blake deserves a special mention. He was great with the kids, recommended my meal to have and kept me topped up with the big blokes all night. The 6 of us had a great night. Great for kids and the adults. A great family restaurant to end a wonderful Easter Weekend.

This place was much better than I expected and far better than the one at Parklea. Food was cooked in fresh oil and everything we ate and saw was more than passable for franchise food. Service was particularly good as I asked for extra BBQ sauce for my ribs as they were a tad dry and it arrived pronto! I give it 3 and half stars for exceeding my expectations and for delivering a decent meal experience.
If you're willing to wait ages for your meal, have half of it be improperly cooked and have staff be dismissive of you, this is the place to be! (The kicker? This was a Monday night) We went for my boyfriends 26th Birthday, started off as a wonderful experience, everyone ordered, our waiter Blake was an absolute gem of a bloke, made everyone feel welcome and joked around with us while we ordered. The night quickly turned sour when, after we ordered, the staff started bringing food out, but calling our meals by different names, we finally worked out whose was whose, then the final plate, my boyfriends, came out wrong. We informed the waitress, who was surprised and abrupt about the situation? The manager came out, quickly said sorry, then told us he would rush a new plate out for my boyfriend. It finally came out 15 minutes later, much too late as everyone else in our party of 9 had finished their meals. 7 of our 9 members ordered steak, 6 medium rare, of that, 2 of the steaks (one being my partners when it finally came out) were Blue, so very Blue that the center was still cold. During this wait time for my partners steak, another member of our party ordered an extra mushroom sauce, he waited 10 minutes, finally had to stand up and approach another waiter who brought it out instantly. One member of our party had to clear our table continuously, putting items on the table next to us so we could have room, as the waiters weren't clearing our cups or plates. It was just a mess of a night. There were so many minor issues, that resulted in such a poor night, we definitely wouldn't recommend eating here.
Came out tonight for dinner with my family and were seated in an upstairs section of the restaurant against some windows. Our server Mia was lovely, very attentive to our needs, offering drinks and refills before we could even ask. She suggested we try a chocolate thunder for dessert and it was BRILLIANT!!! Would suggest trying it if you love chocolate. We will absolutely return and definitely be requesting Mia to serve us again. 5 stars!
The food was sensational, as was the service. The young lady that served us really did this restaurant proud. The service was quick and the food was fresh. We loved the free refills on all the soft drinks too. We'll be back again.
If you want a meal served in a reasonable time frame do not come here. I had to clear the dishes from our table due to the poor service. The food however was good.
Never really thought I would like a deep fried onion but last night I was proven wrong definitely coming back can't wait to try something different! Our waitress Casey was great always made sure we were well looked after.
I want to give a 4.5 star review but I can't so.. the only problem we had here was the waiting for the food to come. It took 45 minutes to serve the main. We already finished the sides but the main wasn't still served. The good things were, the steak was really good. The people were approachable and hospitable. We appreciate the service of Marian especially.
