I recently dealt with Kabin at Nepean Sleep Services, and my experience was superb. I live some way from Penrith, and after having numerous issues, taking months with another provider closer to my area, my GP contacted Kabin. Kabin agreed to see me the next day; he was very accommodating of the fact that I work full-time and had to travel some distance. Kabin let me take the sleep test on the weekend, and return it on the weekend, and I had results back in a few days. The price charged for the hire of a CPAP machine for a trial period was more than fair, and again, Kabin accommodated my busy schedule, in terms of visiting to review results of the CPAP trial, and then arranging ongoing treatment. The CPAP machine I purchased was again, at a fair price, and I have ongoing support should I need it. In my experience, Nepean Sleep services are focussed on providing a quality experience, from initial appointment, to ongoing support. If you are some distance from Penrith, and visiting would require a little travel, I still highly recommend making the trip, as the quality of service and support, and the time frames, will be better than what you may receive from a service provider closer to you.
