After years of hairdressers telling me I couldn't have bangs, I finally found Tiffany at Marlow Hair! She gave me exactly what I wanted (bangs and all). I couldn't be happier, I will definitely be back.

Definately going to be my new go-to hairdressers. Couldnt have been happier with my experience and will recommend this place to everyone now. All the staff were so friendly and had great attitudes. Their skills were evident and customer service was above and beyond!

Went in yesterday with very longgg and thick tired and brassy hair!! It needed some really great work to get it back looking nice!! I hadn’t been to the salon before so there was some nerves about whether I would get a good result or not!! The whole experience was amazing and everyone that works there are LOVELY and make you feel so welcome!! The salon has a beautiful vibe and that was important as I have a bad back problem and a lot of anxiety! They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way!! The outcome was amazing I love love love my colour and I haven’t got a single bad thing to say!! I’ve already booked in my next appointment and really looking forward to it!! Thank you to everyone that help make my experience yesterday would recommend this place to everyone!!
Don't be fooled by this place, especially if you're of ethnic background. The manager is racist, doesn't smile or inviting. All the other ladies are nice, but again got a hair colour wasn't happy with, was charged the full price and still had to come home and rewash my hair. The manager was unwilling to take responsibility and she couldn't even acknowledge me as a customer. She don't know money know no colour! The overpricing of services would be reasonable if the manager wasn't so cold and racist! Don't waste your time here!! Beware!!
I had a wonderful experience with Tiffany, she took the time to listen to my needs and also clearly explained what we could and couldn’t do with my hair. I went from a overgrown and very dead balayage to a deep caramel brown, with some lighter tones throughout. The olaplex treatment has restored my hair! I haven’t felt my hair this soft since I was a kid! The cut is perfect, have already rebooked my next appointment! The complimentary coffee/tea and water was a lovely bonus to the service!
