Two stars for the quote and installation process but after sales service (a term I use loosely) was awful. Kresta clearly don't stand behind their product offering just a two year warranty. Within three years our blinds had warped and then split. After six months of chasing them for an answer we were basically told "it's out of warranty, there's nothing we can do about it." In the least I would have thought that Kresta would be concerned to learn how their product has failed but clearly they don't. You have been warned!

Absolutely pathetic service. Ordered an paid in full back in November with an indicated lead time of 6 weeks. Now they won't even provide an update with our order and keep replying to our follow ups with "we will email our warehouse" Should've ordered through Wynstan instead.

Absolutely love them. Easy to install, easy to use, and they look fabulous. The company contacted me promptly about precise measurements and mounting preferences. I love that they let soft light through them to brighten the room in the morning. Completely private at night, you cannot see through them at all. I got the silver color and they are a nice soft gray. I will definitely purchase more and recommend to all.

I have to say, I have no talent in hardware things so hesitant about purchasing blinds I would need to install. Everything worked out great. Blinds are great quality and so worth the price Put some sheer draperies on and what a difference. Recommend for everyone.

Curtains were 3 months late with no explanation or warning. Rude sales staff. Shocking customer service. Impossible to contact. I would never recommend this company to anyone for any reason

I am so happy with the Blinds that were fitted today, Juan the man who fitted them was wonderful quick and very pleasant. The blinds look fabulous the whole experience was easy and very quick for them to arrive too we ordered just before christmas and they are up today.
