Always shop with these guys as their customer service is second to none. I recently missed out on their "Cyber Monday" sales when i purchased a bat for my son on the Saturday prior. The great team at Kingsgrove Sports however happily offered a store credit in lieu of the discount we missed out on, so we will be back to purchase some more gear when we pick up the new bat which they knock in for free !

Best range of cricket gear around. Prices are reasonable. And the staff really know their stuff. Parking is limited though.
Very poor customer service. I would steer clear of this place. We purchased a Grey Nichols x181 bat in June 2015 only to have it break in July 2016 (3 weeks outside of 12 months). Kingsgrove refused to fix the bat under warranty even though the bat had only been used for 1 season. Also when you purchase a bat you knock it in for 3-4 weeks before using it. Kingsgrove charged us 80 to repair the handle. When we picked up the bat we did not believe the repair was right. The handle was not straight. We took the bat back to Kingsgrove and asked them to repair it again so that the handle was straight. Kingsgrove sent the bat away again to have it refixed. We eventually got the bat back (later than the time frame we were told it would take to fix it again). We believe Kingsgrove did not even touch the bat at all the second time around. The store manager hung up on my husband when he rang to question why the bat handle was still not straight. Head Office are claiming the repair is in accordance with their standards. If this is the quality of the repairs works that Kingsgrove are happy with I would recommend people stay away from Kingsgrove. Who wants a bent bat? We will be taking all our future purchases elsewhere and recommend other do the same.
