I took my ID photo paid 20 my face skin is bright and clean but they made my face very dark and old. I can't use the photo where I apply I will never take ID photo at camera house in penrith again I printed my photo by my mobile camera at Kmart for 20c

I have nothing but good things to say about the quality of service and team at this store. I’ve always been treated with patience and kindness for all my requests and couldn’t recommend the excellent quality of prints and other services enough. Best place to come and get film developed too! You guys are amazing!
Had the best experience at Penrith Camera House. The staff were outstanding and friendly and had a vast product knowledge. I ended up purchasing a Canon 200D mark II with a zoom lens. The team were able to suggest some great accessories and training that would enable me to make the most of my new camera.
Been there twice this morning and waited 20 minutes both times not to be served. The second occasion I was at least asked if I needed assistance and when discussed what I needed still waited 10 minutes, noticed others being served so I left. Will I return for a third time - NO
Have always had great service here. The staff are always willing to help and will always acknowledge you even when quite busy. Highly recommend for camera and printing needs.

Poor effort, went to purchase a wireless flash trigger, after being advised over the phone what product I needed, I went in store to purchase, coming home & testing out the product, it didn’t work (at least for the job that I needed) .... I had been sold the wrong product, no more than 4 days later I returned to the store to request a refund, only to be greeted by the manager terry, belittling me and insulting my intelligence, his poor attitude is not one you would expect a manager of a franchise to have. after requesting the refund and being denied, I asked under what grounds the refusal is coming from (apparently it was change of mind) despite the fact it was the sheer fact that I was ill advised by the sales staff. This is clearly an example of unconscionable conduct & is illegal ... I will be taking this further
