I had an initially positive experience, but once I was handed over to another service officer it became so disheartening. Be prepared to be treated as though you are a dole-bludging child who should sacrifice all that they are to be a cog in the economy...no humanity.

Apm has been like NO OTHER job network iv worked with.. They have really taken the time to get to know me as an individual, NOT JUST ANOTHER job active agreement.. They've tendered to all my needs and understood my barriers , but instead of looking at them as such, looked at them as a way as how could these barriers be useful to a workplace.. They are a really great team
the following incidents have happened to me at my job provider apm employment penrith 1 my consultant brieann refused to give me a copy of my resume and police check for an interview 2 internal jobs have never been mentioned to me during appointments 3 i have been put forward for jobs without my knowledge and by my consultant brieann 4 the regional manager said I would receive a call regarding help between my case manager and accounts manager about a possible job,this phone call never happened and i was put for the job without my knowledge 5 I had a 2.45 appointmentment with my consultant brieann,I arrived early but was not seen to until 3.15 6 the consultant refuses to show me copies of the applications i was put for brieann was asked 3 times if she could update my resume with no response the manager simone at APM employment penrith sat there and did nothing while my consultant refused to put me for a job because she claims i'm unable to lift 20 kilos simone also ridicules me to other staff members at APM employment penrith both simone and brieann refused to give me details they sent to an employer which i had an interview with
Abusive staff who harassed a relative because they had to help out for a medical emergency instead of attending an appointment. They had been with APM for over 2 years where they falsely told them they were attending a job interview however they sent them to course locations. After leaving APM for Nova employment, she found a job 1 week later and has been successful in her career endeavours ever since. If you're looking for a job recruitment agency. Pick anything but APM
I've been trying to give them time to give them a chance, but this morning was it. Tried to reschedule my appointment so I could look after my sick partner, who's been in and out of hospital and has been vomiting, and they refused to let me, on the basis that "its not a feasible excuse" and I had "used that excuse before". That including the staff member who basically verbally abused me, (who took my appointment despite not being trained for disability and treated me as if I was a lazy dole bludger), and the way they have been completely unwilling to work with me in a way that will actually help me get a job, is just not worth the time and mental stress it has caused. Will be changing providers ASAP
Terrible people. Look down on others and abusive. Avoid this place at all cost.
Do yourself a favour, avoid them, awful, no help at all, and terrible attitudes.
Been trying to contact them an no reply, I'm doing the right thing but they are currently failing! Failed for the last month! I will change this reveiw if things improve...
