Sent my car in for a transmission service or flush. On multiple occasions, these guys were completely honest about the fact that the flush may not fix the issues I was having. Did not charge me a cent when they could have simply gone along with the service and billed me for it.

Recommended! Very friendly and understanding customer service fo4 a worried customer. Keeping me updated with the status of the repair. They're currently chasing up a part for my car that even Mazda doesn't know how to fix. Just missing that 1 star for when the service is completed later.

Not happy with the technician or the owner of this store. Don't feel they are honest with the custom. My 2010 Q7 had an air conditioning issue, they spent almost whole day without figuring out what's going on and ended up charging me 400 for things which are not necessary to do, like regasing, replacing the switch etc. They called me about the gas pressure is low but still ok and the switch/sensors don't have problem but they still replacing without discussing with me. Next week, I drove my car to paramatta Audi service center, took me 198 to get it fixed. The actual problem is the fuse not working.
