Very pleasant and so helpful. So many knick knacks. I also found a 90 year-old card that I couldn't find elsewhere. I'll be back again.

Upon purchasing a very expensive text book for university this Newsagency came up as a postage port for Aus Post. However I then found out later that a staff member refused to receive my parcel. When I called questioning this I was met with said staff member telling me that I needed to contact them first so that they were made aware of my parcel arriving. She said she did not recognise the name on the parcel and then refused to receive it. She was completely unapologetic about the ordeal. Very angry and unhappy as I need this textbook asap for my course work and assessment pieces. It was also a very expensive text that has now been sent back to NSW thanks to this staff member's actions. Will never be stopping by this newsagency.
