Phoned the shop 10 times to order, rang around 5 times then straight to the voicemail. Went to the shop expecting it to be busy, only one person waiting. Music blaring loud, if the phone did ring while I waited I couldn't hear it. Told them that I had tried phoning and went to voicemail, he said oh it normally rings but didn't go and get anyone to check that it was working. 5 young staff members in there, all seemed disinterested in what they were doing. Got the chips home, they didn't put salt on them, very bland. To the owner please give your staff some customer service training.

nice little fish and chip shop in a great location -next to IGA so can grab your bread and milk while waiting for your order. staff are ok, friendly enough but never had any stand out service. food is average, serving size is on the smaller side and a little pricier (its one of the most expensive fish and chip shops in the area that we go to)

It’s fairly pricey, however, the food quality is pretty good. It isn’t all greasy. If you are to go, probably ask for no salt and put your own on as they really over do it.

Horrible horrible service, two blonde girls and a couple of young guys working tonight and none had the decency and common sense to call out my order once it was ready even though I was waiting in store the whole time since paying. A couple who had ordered after me, in store (I had ordered over the phone), had their order done and called out andddd had left before I went to the counter and physically saw my name on the order that was sitting there for a good few minutes. Honestly ridiculous. I've come often and have seen this many times. Please train your staff better!
