Ted knows his stuff. He turns up on time, does a great job, and reasonably priced to boot. Even better- he can fix anything! We first contacted Ted when our daughter fell through an old period style glass door in our home, badly lacerating her legs and needed surgery. Ted's glass was responsive, and came quickly to replace the broken pane with A grade safety glass. Since then Ted has fitted lead lights, replaced sash cords in old double hung windows, and replaced old glass with safety glass in the other doors in several areas in our home, and the job is always spot on. He goes the extra mile- he has repaired window frames, replaced beading, and even gave the heating plumber a hand to fix the fan! Ted and Kerry are terrific to deal with; no nonsense and professional. I have just engaged them to do three more jobs around our home, including the front doors. I would not hesitate to recommend their service. Thanks Ted!
