Buyer beware: I was a client. A post was made stating that she was going to hold one on one classes during Stage 4. No other dog school was doing this so I asked the question. Instead of a professional response, I was called mean and she stated that "I needed the push to close the door on this life. You have pushed me over the edge." I asked if she was okay and again, I'm mean she is being bullied. To top it off I ended up blocking her. The next morning she posted a defamation post about me. See attached (on Google maps), all taken out of proportion just to make herself sound like a victim, oh please don't feel sorry for her. This woman is seriously unhinged. If you want to test this just challenge her. Her true colours will show. I am not the only client she has been "unhinged" with read the other reviews. She is over priced and there is no structure to her dog school. Buyer beware!

Julie & her team came highly recommended to us & we have been very happy with them in all aspects of their dealings with us & ‘Indie’. Julie’s love for her dogs is clearly evident & we encourage anyone who has a new puppy looking for guidance to give Julie a call. Unfortunately, in business your never going to please everybody & it’s a shame to read the odd negative comment about a wonderful business.
We have been using Pawsability for our 4 year old Springer Spaniel for 4 years now. Our Springer, Milly has been through 2 years of puppy school with Pawsability which was invaluable to her and our training. We have also used Paws for day care and long term stay for holidays. Julie and her team are so accommodating and eager to help where ever they can. You can tell that everyone at Pawsability truly loves their job and each and every dog they come into contact with. They look after your dog as if it was their own. I am really grateful for everything I have learnt from the team at Paws and Milly loves going there and always comes home happy, contented and tired from all the fun, play and walks. Two years ago we moved to the country, 1.5 hours away from Melbourne. We still travel to the city to use Julie and Pawsability for day care and long term/overnight stays. I would not trust any other carer for our precious girl. I cannot recommend Julie and all her staff highly enough. Thank you Pawsability! You all do such a great job. Keep up the terrific work.
I found this company to be extremely over priced and oversold what they could offer. I HAD to purchase the one on one session before my puppy could actually go to the group, which involved me paying 200, the lady taking the session rocking up late and then 1 hour of the total 2 hour session time involved no information regarding dog training and signing documents! This company overcharges and is actually appalling that they wasted my time and money. I do not recommend this company. I feel like I could have watched youtube videos and done it myself unfortunately
We have been taking our little Tomas to Julie’s puppy school since he was 8 weeks old and as a result we now have a beautifully behaved, well socialised young dog. We are now continuing with the weekly class lessons. Tomas gets so excited as he approaches Julie’s house which is a testament to the care, attention and love that Julie and her team show all the pooches in their care. Julie came highly recommended to us and we would certainly recommend her to fellow pooch parents. We often sing the praises of Julie and her team. The results speak for themselves!
Julie and her team have done a fantastic job with our dog. He is well trained and is much more better behaved now. Our dog loves seeing Julie when she looks after him which is a good sign on how well they are treated. If your reading this review, ignore the keyboard warrior Troll who is out to sabotage a great business with multiple fake accounts.
I've used Pawsability on a number of occasions for dog minding. The first thing that impressed me was the way that Julie embraces the dogs in her own home - they all have beds in the lounge room, and when I first visited, some dogs were on the couch, watching TV! Julie has taken wonderful care of our dog Charli, and I would never trust anyone else to give the same level of care and love that Julie does.
My partner and I have been taking our rescue dog Peanut to Pawsability training for well over 6 months, this has ranged from the beginners class right through to the senior class. Peanut has loved every interaction and as have we, the regular dogs are always happy to be there and you can see the mental stimulation they get. Peanut has done nothing but improve week on week. We discovered that Julie also provides doggy sitting and we happily left Peanut for the first time with someone away from home. From the time we arrived, Peanut was so carefree and go happy! She was instantly at home and we were able to leave without a peep from Peanut. I highly recommend Pawsability for young and old dogs, the staff are well trained and experienced to deal with any dog you bring to them.
