Chi chi went above and beyond to ensure my puppy received the utmost enjoyable grooming visit and I couldn’t be happier! What more could you possible ask for I can’t recommend chi chi enough!
We had Chichi come and use our salon during the lockdown so they could groom some of their clients, and can I say, Chichi is an amazing human being. Chichi is lovely with the dogs and puts their welfare first before anything else. Chichi is a kind and respectful person, and we have no hesitation in recommending them for all your dog grooming needs. Chichi also does dog daycare and pet sitting, highly recommended!!

I was blown away by Chi Chi's care for my dog. Throughout lockdown my poodle, Heidi, got quite a lot of matts in her fur. Chi Chi called me up during the appointment and educated me on the pain a dog can experience from matts, which I unfortunately knew nothing about. They checked that I was ok with Heidi receiving a more dramatic groom than I initially asked for. Obviously I said ok as I'd hate for my fur baby to be in pain. All things considering Heidi came back looking well groomed and way more comfortable. Thanks so much Chi Chi for putting my dog's health and well-being first! Ill definitely be back!
