Needed just one spoke, guys there on Saturday COOL. Here you can have it, nice. Was for rear wheel, so cassette had to come off. Back Monday morning. well this bloke bends spoke gets it in. Made a real mess of it. So I guess 50/50.i can imagine what he does to other people's bikes.

A smaller shop compared to the likes of Giant. But for me, they let you browse in peace.ghe service crew are always busy, so busy crew is like a good restaurant. If their busy that means there is a good reason to try it out for yourself. I am a Tech m, go there to catch up on new info and design in bikes coming through & parts.

Purchased my bike from Velocipede recently. It was ordered on a Monday as it was not on the floor, the team had it in and ready to ride for that weekend. The build was fantastic unlike my previous purchase elsewhere. The mechanic had left the cables hanging an extra meter. Buying my bike was a straightforward, easy procedure. The customer service is fantastic and the guys there know what they're doing and seemed to really want the best for me. :) Another huge plus was the one year free servicing; the only bike shop I've heard of which does this. Definitely recommend this place.

Overall a great bike shop with lots of brands and bikes to offer all customers needs from beginning, novice to advanced. Had a bad experience in the beginning of the week and saw Robbie today and he was quick to address my concerns and apologise for the issue promptly and professionally. The store owner Robbie has shown great empathy with me and I will sure to return for my next purchase 6 stars out of 5.
